Otherwise, requests submitted within 30 days of the project/event date may be subject to expedited service rates, especially during peak season, due to the short notice of reviewing the request, determining the pieces & quantities, checking availability, preparing the contract, processing the payment, scheduling the trucks & crew or will-call appointments, and pulling the items & preparing them, all on short notice.

FOR SPONSOR REQUESTS TO TICKETED EVENTS: we only consider opportunities for those who reach out at the beginning of their planning process so we can maximize exposure during the event's promotional period with any pre-event sponsorship benefits (i.e. email blasts, online mentions, press mentions, credits in printed collateral, social media campaigns, etc). Otherwise, our rentals are available at standard rental rates and please think of us at the beginning of your planning process for next time!
