As a small business, we take our sponsorships seriously, same as our clients, by providing what we say we'll provide when. We expect the same in return. Therefore, any sponsor benefits outlined below that go unfulfilled will result in Relics Rentals charging the credit card on file for the entire order due to breach of contract. Please note that when applicable, we require emails sent, both before & after the event, to [email protected] of all URLs of relevant pre- & post-event-related online mentions plus mid-event photos confirming any display where Relics is properly credited. Failure to do so will result in Relics Rentals charging the credit card on file for the entire order due to breach of contract from unfulfilled sponsorship benefits. Mind sharing your sponsor renewal rate? (Why are we asking this? This will help us make a better informed decision since sponsor renewal rate demonstrates sponsor satisfaction. Orgs that offer disingenuous value commitments (i.e. markets you have no real access to, benefits you have no capacity nor intention to fulfill, profile you can't give, etc) to sponsors typically have lower sponsor renewal rates.)

Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee Relics Rentals as a sponsor for your event/project. Once we receive this signed agreement, we'll be in touch with whether or not we'll move forward. We'll return a signed copy for your records if we move forward. Due to the overwhelming number of sponsor requests, we only consider a very small number per year so please submit your forms as soon as possible. Of the few that are considered, we only consider those that complete this agreement AND the sponsor/partner request form at the bottom of the Brand Partnership page on our website.
