Regarding residential staging projects:

  • Although we work directly with homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, contractors, and interior designers, we also work with other stagers. Stagers can be a consultant and/or general contractor for your staging project by not only advising on cosmetic changes to the home, but also may do any of the following: procure subcontractors (i.e. electrician for any lighting updates, plumber for any cosmetic plumbing updates, painters, carpenters, landscapers for any interior &/or exterior updates, etc), handle the contracts and appointments, coordination, details, and scheduling for the entire staging project, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish while our rentals & decor make things picture perfect. 
  • For the trade, please contact us to learn about our exclusive benefits for approved trade professionals such as per-square-foot pricing starting at 1.75 of only the spaces we stage and is scaled up based on length term.

Square footage vs a la carte or by rooms:

FOR STAGING

  • A LA CARTE STAGING RENTALS: priced per rental item.
  • STAGING STYLING SERVICES priced per square foot, with a 1K minimum spend, plus travel expenses if outside of Milwaukee County. Start here.
  • STANDARD STAGING SERVICE*: pricing is per square foot of only the rooms we design and stage and is scaled up based on length term.
  • PREMIUM STAGING SERVICE**: pricing of a-la-carte rentals. 449. design retainer (applied to staging rentals) required. Start here.

*For a purely Relics-curated and installed staging project, the total amount for the staging order, excluding travel expenses and broker open services, on average does not exceed 1% of listing price. Site visit may be required.

**For Premium Staging Services, see individual items or see sample base rental rates per vacant area to be staged:

  • 200.-400. entry, bathroom, or additional small space
  • 300.-800. kitchen w/ dining, office, or dining room
  • 400.-1,200. outdoor living or dining, or additional bedroom
  • 600.-1,600. master bedroom or living room

FOR INTERIORS

  • A LA CARTE FURNITURE & DECOR RENTALS: a-la-carte rental pricing is based on lease-term length.
  • INTERIOR STYLING SERVICES: Priced at 249. per room with a minimum product spend of 2K. Or priced at 100. per vignette (i.e. textile, coffee table, or shelf styling) with a minimum product spend of 400. per vignette. Start here.
  • FULL SCOPE WHOLE HOUSE HELP & BIZ TOO is 2.50 per square foot with a 2K minimum spend. Product purchases are billed separately. Mileage is additional outside of Milwaukee County. Inquire now.

  • Standard furnishings: 30.-40.
  • Designer furnishings: 40.-50.

  • Designer decor (artwork, textiles, & design details): 15.
  • The Turnkey Package includes the final touches to make the space functional and 100% move-in ready with smaller essential goods such as exquisite bedding, plush towels, durable cookware, and more: 1 bedroom: 6,000. | 2 bedroom: 6,750. | 3 bedroom: 7,500.

    • CREATIVE CONSULT FOR STAGING: virtual or in person. Priced at 1. per square foot of property size with a 1.5K minimum spend. plus travel expenses for locations outside of Milwaukee County. Inquire here.
    • CREATIVE CONSULT FOR INTERIORS, either virtual or in person. Priced per room at 1.50 per square foot with a minimum fee of 299. per room for home or biz interiors or holiday staging plus travel expenses for locations outside of Milwaukee County.     Lease term length:

    The longer you lease, the lower your monthly rate. At conclusion of lease term, you can either renew it on a month-to-month basis with no increase in fees OR schedule your rentals for pickup.

    Broker open services for staging:

    Kick your open house up several notches with curated food and beverage service and decor to make the best first impression. Please note that our full services (with hosting and clean-up) are only available to our professional staging clients.

    Photography + video:

    Want editorial-style photos & video reels for marketing your interiors through your social media and online channels? Priced at an additional 0.75 per square foot with a 1,000. minimum fee, we’ll include professional detailed images of the final look and video reels, plus we’ll market the space through our online channels. For our Relics interiors & staging clients only.

    Damage waiver:

    We charge a mandatory non-refundable 10% Limited Damage Waiver on rentals for delivery orders and 15% Limited Damage Waiver for will-call orders to cover use & lovin’ (aka normal wear & tear: small nicks, small spots, small scratches, etc.). However, accidents happen. Things get misplaced. Dishes get dropped. It rains. The client is responsible for gross mishandling or negligence of our rentals, including careless packing for transport, damage from inclement weather, or rentals & equipment not returned. Insert frowny-face emoji.

    Any irreparable or unreturned tabletop items will be five times the rental fee. Unless covered by the Limited Damage Waiver, all other items’ repair & replacement costs will be determined by an Relics-chosen repairer/appraiser. See FAQs for more info.

    Installation/dismantling vs will-call:

    With their attention to detail, our logistics team is THE BEST! Whether you need us to just deliver and pick up or you need complete installation & dismantling of your order, we’ve got you covered.

    *Prices vary based on distance, physical size of order, level of service needed onsite, and scheduled times. Installation includes delivery, unpacking, setup, and styling/placement of all the furniture and details, plus, if needed for rentals, dismantling/packing & retrieval at the end of the lease term.     Base service rates per load during normal weekday business hours are as follows:

    • Milwaukee: 189.
    • Chicago: 529. (inc. tolls)
    • Door County: 769.

    Accommodations may be required for long distance staging locations. Please ring us or write us to inquire about our rentals and services for Wisconsin, out of state, and abroad. Also, see maps below.

    Will-call is NO CHARGE during normal business hours for orders with base rental rates over 250. For orders with base rental rates under 250. in rentals and for after hours will-call appointments, handling fees apply. See FAQs for more info.

    IN REGARDS TO THE MAPS BELOW, the more budget-friendly option is to DIY the logistics and labor and why we offer will-call pickup & drop-off at our place. Crunch your numbers and decide whether will-call or delivery is the option for you. (However, please note that most of our orders are delivery orders for reasons explained here.)

    Lead times:

    Last-minute reservations and order changes placed within 14 days may be subject to Expedited Services. See FAQs for more info.

    Sales tax:

    We gotta do it. Unless you’re tax-exempt so send over your tax-exempt certificate prior to reserving your order and we’ll take it off.
