05. Let's meet.
Wanna meet in person or virtually? Our design experts can schedule an in-person or virtual private appointment during your initial call. Depending on your service, we’ll begin the onboarding and discovery phase. We’re by appointment because we’re often out servicing your awesome events & spaces and the pedestrian doors of our reliquary do stay locked.
06. Reserve/schedule your services.
Depending on your services, once you’ve finalized your services/preferences, you can reserve them with a nonrefundable payment or deposit. We’ll then begin the design, selection, and revision process.
07. Enjoy!
We know you’re busy so we’ve got you covered! Depending on your booked services, our installation team (a.k.a. a keen-eyed detail-oriented loot-curating beautifying support team of unpackers & placers) will deliver your pieces and/or style to perfection. Otherwise, for certain services, action plans will be sent and reviewed virtually or will-call pickup at our place is available.
08. That's a wrap!
For rental services, our friendly crew will go back afterwards to whisk our rentals away. Otherwise, will-call drop-off at our place is available.
