Relics Trunk Club Membership includes:
•5 spots on rotation at a time with a 5-day turnaround for swaps.
•Easy returns. Drop off at our place OR we’ll come and get it!
•Free cleaning. Love to entertain but hate to clean? We’ll do the dishes!
•Opt for delivery OR pick up at our place.
•Need to plan ahead? 10% members-only discount off the normal rental price to reserve rentals in advance.
•Don’t worry about normal use and lovin’. Limited damage waiver included.
•Flexibility to rent more! Extra spots can always be added to your plan for 39. + tax per spot!
•Fall in love with one of your items and no longer want shared adoption? Contact us and we may cut a deal.

All spots do not have to be returned or swapped at the same time.
The following conditions apply for Relics Trunk Club members only:
•Reserve items for pickup or swaps 5-30 days out when you schedule your item return. Otherwise, for more advanced reservations, items are available to rent at 10% off the regular rental rate to members only.
•Up to 9 additional spots can be added for a total of 14 spots rented out at a time. Additional items are available to rent at 10% off the regular rental rate to members only.
•Pickups at our warehouse, including swaps, require a minimum of 5 days notice to prepare your order and are available by appointment so we can be sure and have your items ready for pickup. Drop-offs at our warehouse are available during certain business hours, or by appointment and standard conditions apply.
•Standard conditions apply for any orders, appointment changes or requests less than 5 days out.
•Delivery within Milwaukee County requires a minimum of 7 days notice and is available monthly (see base rates below) so please contact us to schedule this service. Standard conditions apply for any additional deliveries or retrievals, or any that are requested less than 7 days out.
•For all swaps, ample time is required for us to assess the returned items before releasing additional items.
•Free retrieval within Milwaukee County of single-spot items can only be combined with delivery. Free retrieval within Milwaukee County of one extra large furniture item can only be combined with delivery of one extra large furniture item.
• Monthly base rates for members for MKE county:

◦ 99. to deliver 4-5 spots
◦ 39. to retrieve 1-3 spots
◦ 99. to retrieve 4-5 spots
•Whites, ivories, or light-colored upholstered furniture available for business members only. Otherwise, they’re available to rent at 10% off the regular rental rate to all other members.
•Items that are for other confirmed orders will be subjected to a strict return date scheduled at the time of reservation. Orders returned after an agreed upon return date will incur a late fee of 50. per day per order. Members are liable for all late fees, regardless of any third-party involved with the return.
•Relics’ staff will pack all smallwares into size-appropriate containers (size deemed by us) for safe transport. Any lost packaging (tubs, totes, crates, racks, etc) will incur a 75. fee per item.
**Please email us any time at [email protected] to switch or to cancel your membership and schedule return of your items. If cancellation is before the 3-month subscription minimum, then your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Relics Studio & Showroom/Warehouse House Rules
AKA FACILITY USE POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND AGREEMENT
To ensure a quality session or event (“session”), the following practices are standard:
•In all circumstances pertaining to both business purposes and private use of our spaces, Relics Vintage Rentals (“Relics”) reserves the right to review & approve or disapprove, at least 2 weeks in advance of a showroom/warehouse session and at least 4 hours in advance of a studio session, all activities to ensure they are in agreement with the objectives of Relics & our standards. If Relics believes a session has been mischaracterized or deemed unsuitable for rental, Relics has a right to notify the Renter in writing immediately. If after a period of two business days, the Renter has not been able to satisfy Relics’ reasonable concerns regarding the suitability of the session, Relics shall have a right to cancel such sessions. In no circumstance shall the Renter make claim(s) for, nor shall Relics be liable to the Renter for any damage(s) other than direct damages arising out of Relics’ non-performance under the contract, as such non-performance may be permitted hereunder. If for any reason permitted hereunder, Relics decides not to carry out this contract, Relics shall notify the Renter and shall return all monies paid by the Renter.
•Sessions are confirmed through a Relics staffperson. Relics staff will assist with: date reservation, vendor referrals, determination of costs and fees, assistance before during and after your session, coordination of delivery schedules, session set up and breakdown. All arrangements for food and beverage service must be made directly with a Relics staffperson. Permission to serve alcohol must be specifically approved by a Relics staffperson in writing at time of reservation.
•The Renter will indemnify and hold harmless Relics, its agents and employees against direct damages due to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property arising from the Renter’s negligence or gross negligence in its use of the areas and/or facilities rented under this contract.
•Relics will indemnify and hold harmless the Renter, its agents, its employees, and/or its guests against direct damages due to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property arising from Relics’ negligence or gross negligence.
•The Renter will inform Relics of their choice in vendors by no later than 14 days before the session. Relics has the right of refusal of any vendor who has a past record with Relics of damaging any item, facility, or equipment.
•Any agreements between Relics’ staff and Renter must be in writing. Verbal agreements will not be honored.
•All payments are non-refundable.
•Up-to-date credit card info is required on file at all times for incidentals.
•All sessions require a full payment of the rental space only at time of reservation. Unless paid at time of reservation, any add-ons will be applied to the Renter’s final balance. Once the non-refundable payment is received along with the signed contract, the session will be considered definite. Payment of any remaining balance will be due 72 hours prior to the session date. Any other charges will be billed after the session date. Failure to make timely required payments may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of all monies paid.
•Cancellation of the session by the Renter will result in forfeiture of all fees and monies paid. All cancellations must be made in writing to Relics. Relics reserves the right to cancel a session if the facilities are, in sole judgement of an authorized Relics staffperson, rendered unsuitable for the session due to fire or other calamity, act of God, labor dispute, notice of violations by any city, county, or other government agency, or any other occurrences beyond the control of Relics. In the event of such cancellation, the Renter will not be liable for any remaining balances owed for canceled programs, nor will Relics have any further liability or obligations with regards to said canceled sessions. Should such action be deemed necessary, the Renter shall have the option of rescheduling the session for a suitable alternative time.
•FOR STUDIO MEMBERS: we reserve the right to cancel new membership submissions and charge the credit card on file for the remaining non-member rate difference of any studio or showroom/warehouse member sessions should they not meet membership qualifications (i.e. must be a professional for the annual studio membership and must be a professional photographer and/or professional event industry creative (i.e. planner/designer, food/beverage provider, florist, venue coordinator, dj/sound/lighting/band provider, rental provider, baker, production provider, MUAH artist, bridal stylist, photographer/videographer, stationer/calligrapher, etc)) for the biannual studio membership.
•Relics is an around-the-clock working warehouse with crew & trucks in & out servicing offsite events and client orders that may extend into session areas from time to time. Client orders in session areas must remain unchanged during Renter’s session. Renters are prohibited from covering, altering, or moving client orders in any way. Relics will make every effort to schedule deliveries outside of booked sessions to minimize noise & will notify the Renter in advance of any exceptions.
•During Relics’ business hours, the Renter may not have exclusive access to the facility though rented areas will be restricted to potential clients.
•Includes access to wifi. Unless noted otherwise, one onsite rep will be present to answer any questions you may have.
•This venue is ambient temperature most months and temperature-controlled in cold months. Garage doors can remain open during daytime hours with non-inclement weather. Floor fans are available upon request.

•Be prompt. In order to fully and equally accommodate all of our rental clients and to ensure that we have the appropriate number of staff scheduled for each session, the rental times are firm. You have rented a specified timeframe for your session. We require that the Renter and its guests do not arrive early or stay later than their contracted period of time. Sessions that require extended time without advanced reservations will be billed at DOUBLE the hourly rental rate per 1-60 minutes to the credit card on file.
•Plan ahead! Unused time is not transferable nor refundable. Reservations made less than 72 hours out are subject to expedited rates. Holiday rates are double the after hours & weekend rates. For cancellations more than 72 hours out: your new date must be rescheduled within one month of your original session, subject to availability. Non-members pay a $29 rescheduling service.
SETUP & CLEANING:
•Setup, dismantling, & cleaning are NOT included in the hourly rental rates so please account for any additional time needed when booking.
•Please bring sufficient help for setup and cleanup.
•The space must be left as it was found. Otherwise, the cost of damage repairs and replacement of missing items will be determined by Relics and billed to the credit card on file.
•Any items brought in must be removed from the premises at load out. Relics assumes no responsibility for the security and safety of goods stored prior to or after a session. Due to limited storage space, the Renter at the termination of the session will remove all of the Renter’s property, including but not limited to debris, boxes, refuse, etc. from the facilities. The Renter shall require its caterers to remove their property from the facilities.
•Any perishables or rubbish must be either removed from the premises or discarded into supplied trash bins before departure.
•Any additional time required by Relics staff to straighten & clean up after you will be billed at DOUBLE the hourly rental rate.
USE OF RENTAL ITEMS:
•Includes access to all accessible* rentals at time of session.
•Advanced rental reservations recommended to guarantee any preferred rental items. See here for items and pricing.
•Relics reserves the right to make final decisions about set up of the Renter’s session. The final set up or layout of the showroom/warehouse session should be in place at least two weeks in advance of the session date. Rental Manager is available for scheduled walkthrough with the Renter and/or the Renter’s contracted vendors.
•All rentals must be left in their assigned locations or space upon departure. This includes client orders that may extend into session areas. In order to avoid additional hourly billing at DOUBLE the standard rate, the pulling, placing, dismantling, and putting away of any rentals, excluding those reserved in advance, that you use must be done within your reserved time.
•Only rentals reserved in advance will be ready for you before your arrival and removed after your departure by our staff.
•Handling Services (equal to 50% the standard rental rate of each item) will apply for any items needing cleaning after use such as signage, candle wax residue, soiled dishes, etc. and will be charged to the credit card on file.
•Any complimentary items used during your session that require handling services (noted above), must be determined 14-21 days out and the handling service must be paid in advance so our team can have ample time to pull them and have them ready for setup.
•The Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the rentals, facility or equipment occurring during the hours contracted for in this agreement if Relics shows by clear and convincing evidence that such damage is due to the fault of the Renter, their guests, or their vendors. The Renter agrees to compensate Relics for direct damage according to an evaluation provided by Relics. The cost of damage repairs to rentals and replacement of missing rentals from the Renter or Renter’s guests or vendors will be determined by Relics and billed to the Renter’s credit card on file post-event for each item proven to be compromised by the Renter.
*Inaccessible items must be retrieved and put away by our staff during your session and include any rentals stored in boxes/crates/totes, in dish/storage rooms, upstairs**, out-of-reach** (i.e. require a ladder), or carried by 2 persons**. Furniture items on wheels are considered accessible.
**These items require movers which must be reserved as an additional service. This service is 49. per hour weekdays (M-Th 9a-5p) and 99. per hour after hours and weekends and includes two furniture movers.
•All rental items must remain inside premises at all times.
